Summit Fulfillment is hiring a Warehouse Operations Lead to coordinate floor activity, coach associates, and improve throughput across daily shipping workflows.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound, pick, pack, and outbound workflows.
- Coach associates on quality, safety, and productivity expectations.
- Escalate blockers and help supervisors maintain service levels.
Qualifications
- Experience leading warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution teams.
- Strong safety orientation and practical process improvement skills.
- Ability to work onsite and support shift-based operations.
